Isaac and Eli

Here are a few shots that I took of my little monkeys at the park last week.

Slip-n-Slide

Okay so how many of you remember the "original" slip-n-slide? I totally do!!! Well a couple of weeks ago I went to Target and decided to buy Isaac one. Barry and I had talked about how perfect our backyard would be for one since we have a great slope. So I bought one. I made sure to get the one that claimed it was the "original". Well check out the pictures of Isaac having a blast slipping and sliding.

A Day at the Zoo

Today was so beautiful that I got up and decided that we should take Nanny to the zoo. She gets us our WONDERFUL zoo pass every year at Christmas and has yet to get to go with us so I knew she'd enjoy it. Well we went and i sort of splurged while there. Isaac and I normally go and do nothing that cost money, but today I let him do everything that he always ask to do and I always say maybe next time. So any ways here are the pictures. Enjoy!

Rock-n-Roll

Here's a cute picture of Isaac. We have been building a new screened in porch and have been outside alot lately. Well last night we were out watching daddy work and Barry had his I-pod in and was groving to the music. Well of course our little musician, Isaac, wanted to listen to his rock-n-roll. So Barry gave him the I-pod and got the music going. Isaac immediately started tapping his foot to the beat, oh and it was right on the beat too, and well Barry grabbed the camera and we caught it. I think I-Pod could totally use this for adds.

Adjusting

Well we are all four settling in wonderfully to our new little foursome family. Isaac LOVES being a big brother and is very proud of his little Eli. Everytime we're out he makes sure to point out to everyone, yes even strangers, that he has a baby brother named Eli and he wants them to meet him. Isaac hasn't quite figured out that Eli is much smaller than him and that Eli can't hold him or play or even talk with him, but in no time at all Eli will be right up there with his big brother. As for Barry, I think he has enjoyed his two week vacation with us, but he is really missing his job and is very much ready to return to routine. I on the other hand am going to miss him and his every moment presence. But I'll adjust. Barry is also loving having two boys to brag about too. Oh and while he's been off he has also put in wood floors in our living room and hallway and he has started building a new screened in back porch. Pictures of all our new updates to our house will be posted once it is all done. Well as for me, life is good. I really love being a mom of two boys. My first week of the job position was very hard to adjust too, but I soon caught onto the requirments quickly and life is moving pretty smoothly. I am still working on my time managment skills, so if you've sent emails or phoned us please forgive me on not responding or returning the calls. I am not getting much internet time these days and when I do at 10 pm I'm heading off to bed so I can get in as much sleep as possible. This will adjust soon as I get acquainted with my new lifestyle. Oh and also for those wondering, I am feeling great and healing wonderfully. I must say c-section is the way to go for me!! It really has been a breeze with recovering. Well that is all for now. I've put some new pictures of everyone up. And hope to get some of just the boys together soon.
